recipes and superfoods and yumminess, oh my!

What an amazing few months it's been. We are full force moving forward to open
bee organics by October!
It's real and exhilarating and phenomenally crazy!

This is my first experience with starting a business and surely a first time really being involved in every aspect of creating something from the ground up.
The support and positive energy is astounding and I can't imagine how amazing that opening day will be.
But for now I am focused on product and the menu......my favorite part of course!

I found a new recipe that I wanted to share for no bake super protein cookies.
Thank you Jason Wrobel for the inspiration.

Super Protein No Bake Cookies

Ingredients (organic):

1 c raw oats (gluten free if possible)
1/2 c raw nut butter (I used almond)
1/4 c grade b maple syrup
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder (or extract)
pinch celtic salt
2 tbsp raw vegan protein powder (sunwarrior chocolate was my choice)

To do:

-take oats and process until slightly chunky, not a powder
-add remaining ingredients
-process until combined and it starts to form a ball in processor
-line a baking sheet with parchment paper
-scoop dough and roll them into balls
-flatten the tops a little to create a cookie look.....or keep them as balls
-refrigerate for at least 1 hr or overnight
-the coconut oil will solidify and harden the cookies

I had 2 for breakfast and I'm still full 3 hrs later.

manifest into life....

I am a firm believer in the concept that the energy you put out is a direct correlation to what you receive.

Karma in a sense.

I have been privileged in my life thus far to have a lot of passion and many dreams.

I never thought of them actually playing out in reality.
A year or so ago I started to make vision boards and really spend time on my inner self.
I have practiced yoga and taught for a while and have always had that extreme compassion present.

I have ALWAYS had an exotic love affair with food!!

All of these pieces have come together at last.

Bee Organics

We are hoping to open in October and I am so honored to have an amazing partnership that will nurture my dreams.

It is a pinch on the arm and a kick in the ass to make this space reach far beyond its 4 walls.
I have always had a vision of WPB being a community of conscious people supporting and teaching each other.
I am finally rooting deep into this community in a way I never thought possible.

I am excited for this amazing journey and know it will bring wonderful ups and downs for the future.

ebb & flow of life!

so much gratitude!

spinning........in a good way!

Hello again!

It has been far too long since I have had a moment to sit and focus on GRATITUDE.

It started a few weeks ago when a friend came to us with a business proposition.
Who would have ever guessed that this would come to fruition and really grow into something that I have only dreamed of.

More to come on that!!!!

We were ecstatic to go to aspen for the 2nd time this year for a Bar Mitzvah. It was so gorgeous to be there in the summer and the whole weekend was perfect.

We landed back in FL and had a wonderful weekend celebrating my Grandmothers Bday & Fathers Day.

The Sundy House in Delray Beach. If you haven't been here before you must go! It was so beautiful and lush and dreamy. They have one of the only fresh water swimming pools in Fl and there were fish living in it!

Tomorrow is our 3rd wedding anniversary.
I am blessed and humbled by the love in my life and I can only look forward to the life ahead of us.
We are off to the Exumas and can't wait to soak in the turquoise waters and go to pig island.

We will miss our little man but know that auntie is loving on him!!

There will be more exciting news to come about my new venture into business ownership!!

Have an awesome week and stay hydrated in this crazy heat.

peace and light

Not long ago I found this amazing company and service oriented organization called

I applied as an ambassador and have become one in the last month. I have one of their gorgeous yoga bags that are hand made by women in Guatemala.
It is a fun and beautiful company born out of compassion and love.

Check out their site....if you need or want a new yoga bag just click on one of their pictures to the right of this post.

You won't be disappointed and you will be serving a great cause!

Holiday weekend coming up!

Next weeks post will be full of foodie pics and beach scenes......assuming the rain stays away for at least one day.

Enjoy, be safe, and spread the love!

This isn't the first time I have taken myself off of Facebook.
When I started school again back in 2012 I thought it would be a great tool to keep me connected into the outside world.

It served it's purpose and now I need to let it go!

I spend a lot of time in front of a computer and it has become quite a distraction for me.....I hate to admit it.....but such is life.

I know that if my "friends" want to continue to see the content that I shared they will find me through my site or blog...instagram.....maybe even a phone call.....*gasp*!

It is an incredible forum and I have much respect for it.

Last night I revisited my Raw Pad Thai......a labor of love!

It's by no means a hard recipe it just takes a lot of chopping. Therapeutic!

I definitely had 2 bowls myself, 1 for Josh,  and brought the rest for lunch!

This never lasts long.

Have an awesome week.

Much Love & Gratitude
