I read an article about growing celery from the root that you cut off.
It seemed simple enough so I am going for it!
Stage one is letting it sit in water until it has roots large enough to plant into soil.
This is day 1.
Day 4....sprouting in the middle!
This may take a while but hopefully in a couple weeks I can enjoy the fruits of my labor....or..... not so much labor!
