Sunflower Nori Rolls


1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
1 carrot
1/4 red bell pepper
1 slice red onion
1 tsp dulse flakes
1 tsp fresh or dried dill
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 large lemon or 1.5 small lemons

* Soaking Seeds *

It is important to soak the organic raw sunflower seeds in filtered water overnight.
This releases the enzyme inhibitor which allows you to better digest.

Blend until desired consistency is reached.

Add any veggies that you have to bring some crunch and color to the roll.

Roll like a sushi roll.

I put these into the fridge overnight so that the nori could soften. You could also cut them in smaller pieces and serve right away.

This a nutrient packed snack or meal that is easy to make and keeps well for 2-3 days.
