Living Hummus Wraps

Living Raw Hummus

1 cup sprouted garbanzo beans
3 small garlic cloves
2 Tbsp raw tahini
juice 1 lemon.....to taste
drizzle olive oil for taste and texture
pinch celtic salt
 * soak raw organic beans over night in filtered water,
sprout 1-2 days in jar or Easy Sprouter
process garlic first and then add remaining ingredients

I used red chard but you can use any leafy green that is strong enough to hold all of the weight inside.



  1. This is beautiful! I'm having trouble sprouting garbanzos. Rinsing them twice a day still leaves a cloudy residue on the walls of the jar. When I "harvest", they smell strange and I've thrown out both batches so far. I keep them on the windowsill with some soft sunlight. Any advice?

    I would try them off the windowsill. That may be too much heat which can create mold. Where are you getting your garbanzos?
